Terms & Conditions

 

1. Armstrong Audio shall perform all repair work using reasonable care and skill, and make all reasonable efforts to repair your equipment subject to the availability of parts.
    

2. Repair work will commence when Armstrong Audio assigns an engineer to your equipment. Any time estimate for completion of the repair work which may be given, is an estimate only and does not form any part of these terms and conditions.
    

3. If Armstrong Audio is unable to complete the repair work for any reason, Armstrong Audio will notify you to arrange collection of your equipment.
    

4. Armstrong Audio shall notify you when the equipment has been repaired and is available for collection. Any outstanding balance for repair worked completed must be paid in full upon collection.
    

5. If you do not collect, or arrange for the collection of your equipment within:

   • 21 days of being notified, a storage fee of £7 per week will be charged to your outstanding balance.

   • 3 months of being notified, Armstrong Audio reserves the right to dispose of your equipment as payment for your outstanding balance.
      

6. Armstrong Audio repair work is guaranteed for 6-months from the date the equipment is collected.
